Terms of Service

1. Subject matter

The Service provides access to entertainment and informational esoteric services: Tarot readings, rune interpretations, and astrological forecasts crafted through our methodology.

The Service is a reflective tool, not a prediction engine, and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. This is encoded in the methodology of every Guardian of Tradition.

2. Access & Age

• ·The Service is available via the website https://cuatrotarot.org and via the Telegram bot. A Telegram account is created automatically on first bot interaction; website registration uses email or third-party OAuth providers.
• ·Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with explicit parental/guardian consent).
• ·One user — one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent limits are prohibited.
• ·Accounts may not be transferred to third parties.

4. Refunds

• ·Telegram Stars: subject to Telegram's own refund policy. The Service does not control this process.
• ·Bank cards: full refund within 14 days of payment if no personal reading has been made. Request: support@cuatrotarot.org.
• ·Cryptocurrency: technically non-refundable.
• ·After any personal reading in the current period: refund for that period is not available.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers may withdraw from a service contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons (Art. 9).

Exception (Art. 16(m)): the right lapses once service performance begins within the 14-day period with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal right. Activating the first personal reading constitutes such consent.

6. Content & Interpretations

• ·Content is generated dynamically and may differ across identical requests.
• ·Interpretations are artistic and reflective text, not personalised professional advice.
• ·Commercial resale of generated content without written permission is prohibited.
• ·The user bears sole responsibility for decisions made based on interpretations.

7. Intellectual Property

The methodology (Cuatro System, prompt system), design, and algorithms belong to the rights holder. The user is granted a limited non-exclusive licence for personal use. Commercial use of generated content requires written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for decisions based on interpretations, indirect damages, force majeure data loss, or third-party service availability, including TikTok.

For EU users: nothing in this section limits rights granted by mandatory EU consumer protection law.

9. Third-Party Integrations (TikTok)

The Service offers an optional TikTok integration. By connecting a TikTok account, you authorise the Service to access your basic profile information (open_id, union_id, display name, avatar) and to publish or upload content to your TikTok account strictly within the granted scopes (video.publish, video.upload) and only upon your explicit action.

• ·You are solely responsible for content you choose to publish to TikTok and must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and TikTok Community Guidelines.
• ·CuatroTaro is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok service availability is a third-party dependency covered by Section 8 (Limitation of Liability).
• ·You can disconnect the integration at any time via TikTok → Settings → Security → Apps & permissions → remove CuatroTaro, or by contacting support@cuatrotarot.org.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes — first by negotiation; if unresolved — by competent court.

For EU users: choice of applicable law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of the country of residence (Rome I Regulation Art. 6(2)). Consumer disputes may be referred to the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
